ONC 2015 Edition Certification Information

Start qualifying for government incentives and attestation.

MD Chart Solutions is certified as a Comprehensive EHR (Electronic Health Record) by an ONC-ATCB (Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology Authorized Testing and Certification Body). Utilize MD Chart Solutions in your healthcare practice to meet the requirements for government incentives under the HITECH Act (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act).

What is MIPS?

MIPS, or the Merit-based Incentive Payment System, is like a healthcare rewards program. Doctors and healthcare providers can earn extra money (up to 9%) or lose some money (up to -9%) based on how well they take care of Medicare patients.

In 2023, to avoid losing money in 2025, doctors need a score of at least 75 points.

We at MD Chart Solutions keep track of MIPS changes to help your eligible clinicians meet these requirements.

This Health IT Solution from MD Chart Solutions is aligned with the 2015 Edition standards and has been officially not certified by an ONC-ACB, following the specific certification criteria established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. It's important to note that this certification signifies compliance but does not imply endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Company History

MD Chart Solutions was founded in the early 90's by the combined efforts of experienced programmers and enthusiastic physicians. As a quick responder to the natural demand for an efficient and reliable medical management solution, we accepted the task to evaluate and refine the methodology; as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the products currently available on the market. While striving to cultivate a superior product, we developed a unique application that supports any specialty, facilitates the encounter note creation process, the coding and billing processes, while reliably storing and tracking patient data.
